About Morgan

I have spent the past six summers working as a Beach Lifeguard where I earned my Emergency Medical Responder certification and gained extensive experience supervising children through the Junior Guards camp program. In addition to this, I am a member of Navy ROTC, a role that requires strong responsibility, discipline, and hands on leadership of underclassmen -- skills that translate directly into providing safe, structured, and reliable care for children. While I haven't held paid babysitting roles in recent years, I have consistently cared for younger family members and family friends, strengthening my communication, problem solving, and child engagement abilities. Coming from a family of educators, I've learned a great deal about child development, patience, and creating supportive learning environments. I'm very active and love spending time outdoors, and I enjoy encouraging kids to explore, play, and stay active in safe and fun ways.
