Monique has genuinely been some of the best money we've ever spent. We learned about Monique's services through friends, and her strong recommendation didn't come highly enough. Monique is smart, calm and caring. She can sense things about babies my wife and I didn't even know were possible to anticipate. She not only was amazing with our child, but taught us SO much (the SnotSucker, how to give a bath, good bedtimes habits, schedule, and so much more) and was not judgmental or critical. She left us, most importantly, feeling confident in the skills to survive with a new baby. If you want a caretaker for your child that you are excited to see every night, and that you know will be someone you can rely on not just during the period in your home, but in the subsequent weeks and months for questions and advice, you cannot hire anyone better than Monique. 

Monique was highly recommended to us by a friend. She is extremely knowledgeable and patient. As new parents we were very anxious when we brought our daughter home. Monique took time each evening to answer any questions we had.  She was always more than happy to show us different techniques to soothe and care for our new daughter - a life saver especially when you don’t have any close family nearby to help. She was also always available to answer questions during the day and would often check in with us if she didn’t hear anything. Best of all she helped get our daughter fully sleeping through the night by 3.5 months - something that we could not have achieved on our own! We could not have had a better experience and we would not hesitate to recommend her to any family with a newborn!

Monique is unbelievable.  She has an extreme depth of knowledge and the ability to put the most anxious baby/child or even parent at ease. I have known her for several months now and I could not recommend her enough.  She goes above and beyond, is diligent and truly cares/loves babies.  

We had Mo for 8 weeks with our first born child and booking her was the single best decision we made. We had no idea how to care for a baby and Mo guided us through everything from bathing, diaper changing, assembling pump parts, preparing bottles, swaddling, and most importantly sleep training. She did all of this without any judgment and was never pushy and always open to doing things in a way that we felt comfortable. Our baby was sleeping through the night by 6 weeks and to this day (he is now 5 months) still sleeping through the night like a champ. The schedule and support Mo provided was invaluable and has truly set us up for success. My husband and I have very demanding jobs so for us, making sure we could sleep through the night was essential. Several of my friends had used Mo for their newborns over the past three years and all had raving reviews, so I was very excited to experience the Mo Magic for myself. I give her my highest recommendation and will absolutely be booking her again for our next child. 

Monique is the most wonderful human - she spent 12 weeks caring for our third baby. She is a genius with babies - not only was she gentle and nurturing to our newborn but she taught me so so much.  She understands babies in an incredibly experienced, in depth way. Our son is an amazing sleeper now thanks to Monique!  He was sleeping through the night by 10 weeks.  Monique also created such a special bond with our older two children. - they LOVED her and were both crying hysterically when she left!  Monique is gracious and brings warmth and happiness to any home she enters. You would be lucky to have her!!!!! I would give her the highest praise and recommendation possible.

She knows when they need extra cuddles and when they are ready for more independence. She can follow the lead of the mother or offer guidance. My baby was sleeping through the night by 11 weeks without tears. my older kids also enjoyed her and she was an easy person to have in our home. She also has a great network of other baby nurses she works with and they are also wonderful. 100% would recommend Monique and I am sorry I won't be having any other babies so she can come join us again!

Monique is a true professional. We hired Monique as our night nurse for 8 weeks to help us with our first child. Mo is the absolute best! She’s genuinely become part of our village. She taught us a lot as first time parents and took amazing care of our newborn. She helped us figure out a nap/sleep schedule that has helped our now 7 week old sleep seven hours straight a night comfortably already. We will definitely continue working with her for years to come!

I hired Monique for 6 weeks as my night nurse and she did an amazing job caring for my daughter. I'm a first time mom and I was very nervous about basically everything so having Monique come at night to take care of my daughter and teach me/help educate me on things i was concerned about truly put me at ease. I don't know what I would have done without Monique! My daughter is now 2 months old and sleeps through the night because Monique put the right practices/schedule in place from the beginning that set us up for our sleeping success now. I would highly recommend Monique and would hire again for my future baby. 

Monique was incredible. Nonjudgmental, open to where we were in our process, and very attuned to our baby. She helped us at the last minute to transition our baby into her crib, and we felt comfortable the whole time. We wished we could have worked with her longer, but she had a baby born early that she was already committed to, so we just felt lucky we had a few days! Anyone would be lucky to work with her. 

Monique was simply amazing. This was our first child so naturally we were fairly nervous and doing everything for the first time. Monique is a total pro, had deep knowledge of caring for babies and all of the tips for we needed for any minor ailments. Our baby seemed to totally relax when she was around and we had complete trust with her caring for him. We already are trying to book her for our next baby!!

Mo is a baby whisperer. Not only was it incredibly helpful to have the support of her expertise overnight, so taught me so many things! We really appreciated that she moved with our style - never pushy or harsh - and at a pace that we were comfortable with as she taught our baby boy to sleep through the night completely by 14 weeks old.  The way that Mo gently integrated herself into our family was such a delight.  Our 4-year-old daughter adored her, and it was very hard to say goodbye!
Monique cares.  She cares about her work, she cares about our goals, she cares about the baby. And she is a lightning fast communicator, always in touch with us in real time via text with updates, support and ideas.  I can't recommend her highly enough.  It was a pleasure to work with her, and we miss her greatly!

Monique was with us for 9 weeks for my first child. She came highly recommended from my husband's coworker. I was very nervous as I didn't have any family or friends who had used a night nanny, but Monique was amazing. I would definitely reach back out to her for my second child! 

Monique helped answer any and all questions I had as a first time mother. Monique was our night nanny for our second daughter.  I'm not sure if it's our second daughter's personality, the fact that she's a second child, or Monique's magic, but she is an amazing sleeper.  From the beginning, Monique helped her self-soothe while still being very attentive.  We are so grateful- has paid off in good nights sleep for the last year!

I could not recommend Monique more highly. We had Monique come to us when our son was 3 weeks old. The main reason we wanted a night nurse was to give my husband nights fully off since he was going to work and give me at least some relief at night so all I had to do was feed or pump, but Monique has added so much more value than that! She has been instrumental in sleep training our son and getting him (and us) on the right track to sleep through the night. She has provided so much helpful (and nonjudgmental) advice on everything from sleeping to feeds and fussiness and breastfeeding, which has been so appreciated as first time parents. Monique is only with us at nights, but it's almost as if she's with us all day as she answers our constant questions by text and gives suggestions on feeding times and extending naps. The best part about Monique has got to be her personality and attitude. She is so calm, kind and funny, which is the exact energy we and our son needed!
