About Monike

Hi! My name is Monike, and I bring over 5 years of hands on childcare experience working with children from 3 months to 15 years old. I have built long term relationships with multiple families, many through word of mouth, and I am known for being reliable, attentive, and consistent. I am confident managing multiple children while maintaining a calm, structured, and engaging environment where kids feel safe and supported. I adapt easily to each family's routine and also assist with meal preparation, light tidying, and keeping shared spaces organized. Families I have worked with in the Lake Nona, Dr. Phillips, and Winter Park areas value my strong communication and the level of care I bring into their home. I am currently available for weekends, date nights, and overnight care, as well as full time and part time support during the summer or long term support if needed. CPR certified. Non smoker.
