About Monica

Hi! I'm Monica, and I genuinely love spending time with kids and being part of their everyday adventures. I have over 9 years of experience working with children and families through a nonprofit focused on literacy and youth development. I've also taught tap dance to children, which has been a wonderful way to connect with kids through movement, creativity, and fun. I'm warm, patient, dependable, and believe children do best when they feel safe, heard, and encouraged to be themselves. I love reading, arts and crafts, dancing, playing games, exploring outside, and finding creative ways to keep kids engaged. I'm comfortable helping with homework, meals, routines, and bedtime, and I enjoy getting to know each child's personality and interests. Most importantly, I want parents to feel confident and comfortable knowing their children are in caring, responsible hands.
