Monica has been taking care of our 2 children (6 years old and 2.5 years old) for almost 4 years. From the moment she met our son, he was smitten with her and has always been so happy when she comes over. She is fun and loving and is not afraid to get down on the floor and play with them and keep them entertained (with coloring, painting, legos, or other art projects). She will take them to our local park for picnics or just to run around and play. Even now when she brings her baby girl with her, she keeps a close eye on our little ones and our children love having a little baby around. I do like the idea of having her daughter around because it helps to teach our younger one how to be gentle and patient. Monica is highly dependable. I have called her in at the last minute when one of my children was sick and I had to get to work. I would definitely recommend Monica to watch your children.
