Hi there! My name is Monica , I'm compassionate, loving and caring, I love take care of people and always put my heart in small thing that I do. I have worked as a Caregiver for over 15 years, private care, I specialize in Hospice care, clinical care and daily living activities, driving errands, doctor appt and more. I'm currently looking for a full time or part time job. I have much experience working for hospice, stroke recovery, ALS, hoyer lift, Alzheimer and dementia.

I have aplenty of experience in home care, current driver license and clean back ground.

Our mom loved Monica!! She was so helpful during moms decline. Even when we had to hire more help, Mom always asked if just Monica could stay with her. It was very sweet. Monica was very flexible with us during an uncertain time and she was really good at keeping mom active and happy.

Monica is an amazing caregiver!  She cared for my mom with ALS which is not easy to do but she did an incredible job.  Monica is a very hard worker and goes above and beyond every day. Monica is a very skilled and compassionate caregiver. In the early stage of my sister’s care she provided exactly what was needed. As my sister’s health declined, Monica handled the increase in care needed, additional workload, and the difficulty of care for a very sick client with kindness, compassion, patience, all while providing the physical care needed. I would gladly use Monica for my care, or for anyone I care for deeply. We were blessed to have her.

Monica was such a gift when it became clear we needed help with my aging stubborn father as we tried to keep him comfortable respecting his wishes to continue living independently at his rural ranch home. She was very kind, gentle and flexible. Her nursing skills and additional eyes and observations gave us a lot of extra comfort in navigating through his rapidly compromised mobility. We were truly blessed by Monica for the time we had her. 

Our family has loved our experience with Monica, who cared for our 94 year old grandmother after a fall then surgery. My grandmother loves Monica (and she is picky!). She really cared for my grandmother genuinely and with experience and attention but also (importantly!) dignity. In addition to Monica's technical skill set (helping with rehab exercises and personal care), my grandmother also enjoyed her company and conversations. Monica grew with my grandmother throughout her rehabilitation and helped her reacquire skills for greater independence. As the care liaison for my family, I have loved having Monica care for our grandmother, she's easy to communicate with, punctual, caring, responsible and completely trustworthy- everything you could hope for in a caregiver! Cannot more highly recommend Monica! If you want the very best care for your loved one, Monica is it! You will be lucky to get to work with her. That is how our family felt. So grateful we found her!

Monica has helped me find extra care for my mom a number of times. The caregivers she has recommended have been amazing!  She is always super helpful, nice, responds right away and I'd recommend her in a heartbeat. She has been super kind to refer me to other caregivers and they have all been 100% dependable, hardworking, super nice ladies that are still helping my mom.
