About Monica

I'm a patient, caring, and responsible caregiver who genuinely enjoys working with children. I work part-time as a behavior therapist, where I have experience working with children with autism and have learned the importance of patience, communication, and meeting each child where they are. I also volunteered at a Children's Advocacy Center, helping create a safe and welcoming environment for children. I have a college degree and current CPR training. I enjoy keeping kids engaged through games, crafts, puzzles, outdoor activities, and age-appropriate learning. I'm also a strong swimmer and comfortable supervising children around water. I'm happy to follow your family's routines and expectations and can help with light housekeeping and tidying up. Most importantly, I want every child to feel safe, comfortable, and cared for while they're with me.
