About Molly

Hi! I'm Molly, a childcare professional based in Williamsville, NY, with experience in full-time nannying, summer nannying, daycare, and education. Most recently, I've spent the past year and a half as a full-time nanny for a wonderful family. They no longer need outside childcare. I'm sad to be leaving a family I've grown so close to, but excited to find another family to build that same connection with! I have a bachelor's degree in Music Education and three years of public school teaching experience with grades K-8. I love incorporating music, crafts, reading, outdoor adventures, and hands-on learning into everyday routines. I value consistency, open communication, and building trusting relationships with both children and parents. My goal is always to become a dependable, caring, and valued part of the family!
