About Molly

Hi! I'm Molly :) I've been working with kids for years and have experience with a wide variety of ages, from babies and toddlers to older kids. I also have a background in sociology and have taken courses in child development, which have really shaped the way I approach childcare. I'm a big believer that kids are whole little people who deserve to feel heard and understood. I try to validate their feelings (even the really big ones!), help them put words to what they're experiencing, and create a space where they feel safe being completely themselves. I also know that caring for someone's child is a huge amount of trust. I really value having an open, comfortable relationship with parents and becoming someone both the kids and their grown-ups are genuinely happy to have around.
