About Mikayla

I'd describe my personality as hardworking, eager, and kind. I like working with kids because of their energy and honesty. I want a job that allows me to be of service to others. I enjoy helping others and making them smile. Knowing I made a parent or child smile is incredibly fulfilling. I first started babysitting in middle school. I started watching the younger ones at church events. Parents noticed how well I worked with their children and hired me for their nights out. I really love learning, so I enjoy watching documentaries. I also love reading fantasy novels. One thing you should know about me is I didn't just stop at being good with children. I've studied human development and what tools a child need to develop into a resilient adult. My skills include sensory play, navigating big emotions, and storytelling
