Bella helped us as a substitute nanny when our nanny had to be out for 2 days for a family emergency. She was punctual, very responsive, flexible and accomodating when we asked her to come in a little earlier, and very communicative throughout the day. She took notes and was very detailed oriented, and stuck to our 10-month old's schedule very well while also adjusting as needed. Even when our baby was fussy and a challenge to work with (due to teething pain and new stranger), she didn't seem frazzled at all, was empathetic to our baby's needs, and took everything in stride. The most impressive thing was that she actively sought feedback by asking if there was anything she could have done better. Not only was she warm, but also very professional. I wouldn't hesitate to hire her, we will definitely be reaching out to her again in the future!
