Most nannies keep kids busy... I build capable humans at every age. Toddlers get language and hands-on independence, not a TV. Preschoolers get help naming big feelings. School-age kids build real study habits, not me spending homework time on my phone. Teens get a trusted adult who actually sticks around. I've built and run my own businesses, so real entrepreneurial mentorship comes with me. I'm also a certified K-12 teacher, fluent in Spanish (non-native), with real international experience ( au pair work in Spain, childcare in Guatemala and Mexico). How I operate: real food, minimal screens. Big feelings get named, not distracted away. When I say no, I mean it. Yet I understand exactly why "no" feels terrible in the moment.
