About Michelle

I've been helping families in Fairfield/Wetschester since I was in high school (2017). I've worked alongside families for extended periods and had the joy of watching their families grow while providing critical support at every stage of growth! I'd describe my personality as understanding, compassionate, and direct I like working with kids because as the oldest sibling of my family I see the value in having someone on the team that is fascinated with the kids news. I'm looking for a job that will allow me to showcase my home management skills. In my spare time, I like to do pottery and walk dogs! One thing you should know about me is I enjoy being self initiated and am continually keeping an eye out for what could be done to improve efficiency. My skills include communication, patience, and strong attention to time management.
