I'm a compassionate, patient, and dependable caregiver with professional in-home care experience and five years of hands-on experience caring for my father-in-law before he passed away. He was bed-bound and required extensive assistance, and I helped him with bathing, toileting, feeding, personal care, mobility, transfers between his bed and wheelchair, getting safely in and out of vehicles, and using a Hoyer lift. This experience taught me the importance of patience, safety, dignity, and treating every person with respect and compassion. I also bring more than 20 years of professional experience in customer service, hospitality, leadership, and client care.
