About Mia

PLEASE NOTE: I DO NOT DRIVE. Transportation is no issue In high school, I took Child Development classes, which gave me an opportunity to learn more about childhood development, behavior, communication, and the different stages children go through as they grow. I also completed an internship at a daycare, where I gained valuable experience caring for and interacting with children in a structured childcare environment. Ive taken some college classes about childcare as well! During my junior and senior years of high school, I also volunteered after school at a church, where I tutored elementary school students and helped them with their schoolwork. Since then, I have continued tutoring and have worked with students of my own. Because of this experience, I feel comfortable helping children with homework, reading, writing, school assignments, and age-appropriate learning activities. I have experience caring for children of different ages, including babies as young as 5 months old !!
