About Mia

Hi, I'm Mia! I graduated from college and earned my bachelor's degree in Education with a concentration in Human and Child Development. With two years of experience supporting families, I focus on building skills through creative play and learning. I was the lead teacher of an after-school prgram where I introduced and created daily lesson plans for students in grades 1st to 5th, implemented and created a daily routine for students upon entering the classroom, supervised students when working in the classroom and on the play structure, and built relationships with students. I am comfortable caring for up to three children and am happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I maintain CPR Training certifications and follow your preferred communication method to keep you updated on your child's day. I am very comfortable upholding your household rules. It is important to me that families maintain a safe and engaging daily routine with someone they trust.
