About Miah

My name is Miah and I am a 24-year-old college student and nanny. I have approximately 10 years of experience caring for children from newborns to preteens. I have some college education in early child development, and I am currently working towards a pediatric occupational program. My experience in child care started in 2018, caring for a newborn until she was about 2 years old as well as her two (to four) year old sister. I have gone on to care for all ages from 6-13. I have experience with a wide variety of parenting styles, this will insure you and your child have a consistent and dependable person in your household. While I'm an excellent planner, organizer, and multitasker, I'm also very warm, nurturing and silly. I work hard to teach independence for the children I care for. I do this through patient problem solving, and turn tasks like cooking into teamwork.
