Merlisia is a wonderful and knowledgeable caregiver, and true childcare professional. We initially connected to have her help us with my sons daytime sleep/naps. She came over to observe us, and then provided in the moment feedback on what we could be doing to improve his sleep routines. She then followed-up with us on how things were going and provided further feedback several days later. Implementing her techniques worked for us and help us set up a better nap/wake schedule. We then had Merlisia come back as a night nanny when my husband and I needed a solid nights rest and the experience could not have been more positive. When we need a babysitter, night nanny, or sleep consulting in the future, we will absolutely be calling Merlisia!
