Mercedes was incredible with our two kids. She showed up on time, worked through their nervousness like a pro, and caught on quickly to our routines. She was playful and engaging with our daughter, and kind, compassionate and extremely patient with our nonverbal, developmentally delayed son. both kids told us they loved her, and she was granted best friend status by our daughter.
