I cannot recommend Melody highly enough. My 4 and 2 y/o are picky yet immediately had a connection with her. She has such a sweet disposition they loved it and I found them to be on great behavior with her because of her energy. She was early every day, had a flexible schedule and was able to accommodate any additional hours with a smile and also made sure all their needs were met- definitely went above and beyond here keeping things organized and making special memories with them at the hotel!
