About Melissa

We interviewed Melissa for a full-time nanny role with our family. While we ultimately decided to hire another candidate that was referred to us from personal connections, we had such a great experience with Melissa that we wanted to highly recommend you connect with her if you are looking for a long-term, supportive, and FUN caregiver for your family! Melissa was prompt in her communication and follow-up throughout the multiple steps of our interview process, demonstrating her professionalism, and I loved how naturally she connected with me and my children. She has been with her previous families all long-term; which we really appreciated as it showed us her strong commitment and relationship she has built and still maintains. Hiring a nanny during the current climate with COVID-19, was something we were really concerned about. Melissa set our minds at ease right away and was transparent and open to sharing with us all she is doing to keep herself healthy; and how important finding a family that also took this seriously and carefully was to her as well.
