About Melissa

My name is Melissa Diaz, and I'm a 24-year-old nursing graduate student who recently moved to Georgia about a year ago to continue my master's degree in nursing. I have several years of babysitting experience, which I gained while completing my undergraduate studies. That experience really confirmed how much I enjoy caring for children and being a positive, dependable presence in their lives. I come from a very close knit family, and family values are extremely important to me. I genuinely love spending time with kids and feel that I connect with them easily. I'm patient, attentive, and fun and definitely a kid at heart while still being responsible and safety-focused. As someone pursuing a future career in pediatric nursing, working with children is especially meaningful to me. I believe babysitting not only allows me to support families, but also helps me continue building skills that align with my long-term goals in healthcare.
