About Melia

What motivates me most to be a caregiver and a support to families is getting to see children and families truly flourish. I love creating a healthy, safe environment where children feel seen, understood, cared for, and encouraged to grow. I've always been inspired by my parents, who taught me from a young age the importance of caring for and serving others, especially children. That has shaped the way I approach every family I work with--with intentionality, genuine care, and a desire to always go above and beyond. I'd describe my personality as positive, intentional, and joyful I started working with kids when I was 12 years old!
