About Melanie

Hello friend! My name is Mel! Here is a little bit about me! I'm fun, bubbly, and outgoing. You can usually find me in a local coffee shop curled up with a good book, visiting different local attractions, or hanging out with my friends and family! I have a master cosmetologist degree, am and traveling wedding hairstylist on weekends, and have been a lead preschool teacher for two years. Prior to cosmetology and pre school, I taught elementary art through a homeschool co op for 3 years. I have extensive experience with teaching, tutoring, being a nanny, camp counselor, children's ministry, and a variety of other things involving childcare. I have a huge heart and passion for children and love being intentional with how I care for the little hearts I keep.
