Mel is loving, caring and trustworthy. The only reason I'm not still using her as a nanny is due to the fact we had to move for job opportunities. My three year old still talks about their adventures and it's been months since we relocated. My one year old never cried when I left her in the morning but always did when she would leave for the day. I wish I could have hired her sooner. Mel took my girls to a different place every day and she would always send me pics. I felt like I got to go along with them. I can't say enough about her. She's the best!
