About Mekayla

Hi! My name is Mekayla, and I have a passion for working with children. I have over 5 years of professional childcare experience, in addition to many years of babysitting experience beginning in my pre-teen years. I am dependable, patient, and dedicated to creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and have fun. I am CPR certified, trained in water safety, and have completed DCF training hours as well as Child Development Associate (CDA) coursework focused on child growth and development. Through my training and experience, I have developed a strong understanding of children's developmental needs from birth through age 5 and beyond. I am happy to assist with transportation, grocery shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping, and other household tasks as needed. My goal is to provide families with peace of mind while ensuring their children receive attentive, compassionate, and reliable care.
