I'd describe my personality as creative, friendly, and responsible! I like working with kids because I enjoy encouraging positive development, building memories, and being a supportive, but fun safe space for children and families! But, safety and risk management are always my top priority! I'm looking for a job that practices excellent communication and boundaries with high levels of trust. I love planning activities and ensuring the needs of children and parents are met. I started working with kids when I was in grade school! I used to babysit in high school and college. Recently I have been a substitute teacher during the school year and a youth mentor in the summers. In my spare time, I like to read, cook, and do crafts like scrapbooking and jewelry making! One thing you should know about me is that I value building a relationship with families I care for. I also engage with your children by planning activities and spending time outside in order to limit screen time!
