About Mayra

I like working with kids because I want to be a mom in the future and I want to gain experience beforehand. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I would baby sit for a 1-year-old when parents would go out for dinner or for the day. I baby sat up 3 toddlers at a time. I have coached girls lacrosse starting from the age of 4-18 years old. I have also worked as a BT with children who were on the spectrum. In my spare time, I like to go out with friends and loved ones, go to the movies, enjoy my alone time. One thing you should know about me is although I may seem shy at first I can connect with children while giving them their space to ensure they don't feel uncomfortable. I am also very attentive and aware of the surroundings.
