About Mawahib

Caring for children is not something I fell into. It is something I am genuinely called to. I believe the people who show up for kids in their earliest years shape who they become, and I take that responsibility seriously. I am a 2023 University of Washington graduate with a degree in Political Science and Cinema & Media Studies (3. 77 GPA) with a background in communications, marketing, and film rooted in youth advocacy. With 3 years of child care experience from youth leadership work, nonprofit youth advocacy work, I bring warmth, creativity, and reliability to every family I work with. I am CPR and First Aid certified, a non-smoker, and comfortable with pets!
