Mary is a wonderful caregiver - she's responsible, playful, gentle, and has good judgment about when to be proactive and when to ask direction. She watched my 3 year old all day for a week while school was closed, and my daughter loved spending time with her. Mary came each day ready to play and explore, suggesting activities to get outside and burn energy, and she brought toys and activities for them to play with. I appreciated how she let my daughter lead based on her interests while still providing structure. Over the week, she led trips to the library, playgrounds, the beach, and around the neighborhood; at home they played, read books, and practiced numbers and letters. Beyond being great with my daughter, Mary was trustworthy, punctual, and a delight to have in our home. I would gladly hire her again and am confident other families will have an equally positive experience with her.
