About Mary

I'm an energetic, responsible, and caring person who enjoys helping others feel comfortable, supported, and well cared for. I have experience working with seniors through six years in municipal offices, where I regularly interacted with older adults and the public. I also enjoy cooking and meal preparation and would be happy to help with meals and everyday needs. I've raised two children, now in their 20s and on their own, and have worked as a substitute teacher and paraprofessional. I also owned and operated a bakery for 25 years, where I hosted events for children, adults, and community groups. I've completed background, CORI, and SORI checks through my work with schools and childcare. I'm looking for part-time or occasional opportunities to provide dependable, friendly support. I always like to meet caregivers and clients beforehand to discuss their routine, needs, and expectations and make sure everyone feels comfortable with the arrangement
