About Marsha

I'd describe my personality as outgoing, friendly, and reliable I like working with kids because I appreciate the chaos they bring. I also love seeing them grow into their own personalities as they figure out the world around them. I'm looking for a job that appreciates what I have to offer. A welcoming space with great communication as I strive for the best care for the children. I started working with kids when I was 16 at the church daycare which eventually led to a preschool job where I was the lead for 4 years. In my spare time, I like to travel and document my time spent in each place. I also love to go on trails on the weekend and the gym in the morning. One thing you should know about me is I speak Spanish and take any opportunity to teach children in my care a few words. My skills include being able bilingual, having a flexible schedule, as well as patience.
