About Marli

Experience: 4 yrs

Hi! My name is Marli, and I'm 19! I have 4 years of paid childcare experience, 3 years working with children with special needs, and 4 years volunteering and coaching Unified Sports. I currently work as an RBT Trainer, supporting children and training new behavior technicians. I love building connections with kids, helping them feel safe, comfortable, and understood. I pay attention to each child's individual needs and personality, and I love using my creativity and imagination to make playtime fun through games, crafts, and adventures! My goal is to be a caring, dependable part of your family's village!
