Hi! I'm Marina - I'm 23, based in San Diego, and have six years of childcare experience. I graduated from the University of Arizona with a bachelor's degree in Physiology and Medical Sciences. I'm outgoing, patient, and pretty adaptable. One of my favorite things about working with kids is that every personality is completely different, so I've never been a one-size-fits-all kind of nanny. I'm good at meeting kids where they're at, whether they're shy and need time to warm up, full of energy and want someone who can keep up, or somewhere in between.
