Making a difference in someone's life is what drives me. For the past 16 years, I've been dedicated to supporting the well-being and independence of adults and seniors. I'm a Licensed Practising Nurse with some college experience. My approach is rooted in compassion, empathy, and a friendly demeanor, always maintaining a professional and detail-oriented focus. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and incorporate memory care activities. I respect each care recipient's independence. I provide transportation, run errands, and do light housekeeping. I follow the family's preferred communication method. I have CPR Training and First Aid Training.
