Mariana is a fantastic caregiver. She took care of our son 3x a week for several months. He was a little over 1 year old up to 2 years old. They formed a great bond which Mariana is very receptive to. He would blow kisses when she left and get excited when we said she was coming. Highly recommend. 

Mariana worked with us for 5 months as a live-in nanny (Sunday evening through Friday morning) and took care of our 1-year old son. We can recommend Mariana for parents that are looking for someone who can:

We interviewed, trialed and hired Mariana. She seemed to be great with our son during the trial, and we ultimately hired her. She texted 30 minutes before she was supposed to arrive on Day 1 that she was sick, so we planned for her to come the following week instead. The second time, she texted 15 minutes after she was supposed to arrive that she cannot work for us for understandable personal reasons. (She specified, but I want to respect her privacy.) My frustration was the scramble it put me in to find back up care with zero notice on one occasion and 30 minute notice on another.

Mariana is amazing! She is incredibly kind, nurturing, and caring - we trusted her immediately and felt like she very quickly became part of our family! She is very hands on - plays games, reads books, and goes on walks every day. She is also fantastic with sleep training and keeping babies on a schedule. She is always on time and is very communicative on progress and activities. We highly recommend Mariana and are happy to discuss further with any interested family!

Mariana was our daughter's nanny from the time that she was 3 months old to 17 months old, at which point we transitioned our daughter into daycare. We are so grateful that we found Mariana when we did!! She bonded immediately with our daughter and was incredibly kind, warm, affectionate, and loving towards her. We always felt like our daughter was in safe and capable hands with Mariana. She took initiative right away to meet other nannies in our building so she could socialize with other kids early on. She took our daughter for walks every day, read to her, played with her, and took to her to any classes we asked her to. She was also always very flexible if we needed her to come in early or stay a little bit late. We will miss her dearly and we are happy to talk with any family who is considering hiring her!

I highly recommend Mariana to anyone looking for someone to care for their little one. She has become part of our family. She is very affectionate, caring and competent.  She has cared for our little girl since she was 5 months old.  I only wish we had found her sooner. She is great with playtime on the mat, reading books, teaching words, physical development, walks to the park and outings to the library.  She is flexible and accommodating and understands that parents are the ones to decide what is best for their child. I trust her to put the safety and best interest of our child first every time. We had the pleasure of having Mariana look after our little one for the past 5 months. She was our full-time nanny for our now 8-month old daughter, and only recently stopped working for us because our daughter was ready to start daycare. She began working with us when I was heading back to work, and helped make the transition easier by giving us frequent updates on how the baby was doing, and by exhibiting her genuine care for our daughter. Mariana is incredibly kind, gentle, and caring, and was amazing with our daughter. She was attentive, read to the baby regularly, took her for daily walks, and we always knew that our daughter was in good hands. Our daughter definitely loved her time with Mariana, as she always had the biggest smile on her face when she saw her each morning. Mariana was also always willing to accommodate our hectic schedules, and come in early or stay late when we needed her to. It is my pleasure to recommend Mariana for a babysitting job. Mariana has been our nanny from December 2011 until March 2012, when she looked after our newborn baby and 5 year old son on a full-time basis. Unfortunately, Mariana had to leave us due to personal problems.

Mariana is a very caring and nurturing person. She always put our kids first and was very attentive to their needs.
