ELITE CAREGIVING I started caregiving nearly 20 years ago, providing 24/7 in-home support for my mother who was living with Alzheimer's. I delight in caring for seniors because they've made a long journey and deserve the utmost respect! MY PHILOSOPHY 1. My client's safety and well being come first. 2. Each client is unique. Understanding what makes a person feel secure is essential to addressing their needs. 3. Attitude is everything! With a sunny disposition and eagerness to serve, I aim to lighten the load and brighten each day for my client. In addition to supporting activities of daily living (ADL), I offer enhanced care with enrichment opportunities, fitness coaching, health-conscious cooking, and more! I'm also able to manage a team and direct a full service care plan. In my spare time I teach adaptive yoga for seniors and people with special needs. I enjoy basking in nature, art, reading, playing cards, and sharing meals with friends & family.
