About Margaret

I have a deep love for working with children and bring years of experience caring for infants through middle school-age. I'm also a proud mom of two boys, ages 9 and 7. Currently, I care for 3 families each with two children which means, including my own, I often have up to eight kids at a time! Their moms often joke that I thrive in the chaos, and I have to agree. My background includes four years of nannying for twins, and five years with another wonderful family. I began nannying before having my own children and continued ever since. I hold a Bachelor's degree in Child Development and bring experience from many settings, including five years in a preschool environment as a supervisor, lead teacher, and assistant teacher. I started babysitting at 10 years old and have always felt called to work with children and families. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, watching my boys play soccer, reading and crafting. I'd be happy to provide references upon request.
