I can assist with light housekeeping, meal prep, errands, medication reminders, transportation, and general daily routines. I have over two years of experience providing caregiving for adults with mental disabilities, which helped me develop attentiveness, patience, and the ability to respond calmly to a variety of needs. In addition, as a stay-at-home mother, I honed my skills in managing daily routines, multitasking, and providing consistent care--skills I bring to every caregiving role. While I'm new to professional senior care, I bring this experience, a strong work ethic, and a genuine love for helping others.
