About Maia

I am responsible, caring, and patient and I love working with children and creating a safe, fun, and positive environment for them. I have experience caring for children of different ages through babysitting for children in my area. My responsibilities have included supervising playtime, preparing simple meals and snacks, helping with routines and nap time. In addition to my babysitting experience, I have also worked at a few summer camps with children of preschool age as well as elemtary school age. However more recently have had more experience with toddlers, infants, and preschoolers! I just finished studying at SUNY Oneonta, I ended with a bachelor's of science in Human Development and Family Studies where I had numerous classes in family and child development which has helped me better understand children's emotional, social, and developmental needs. I am dependable, organized and would love to be a helpful hand to your family!
