Mae is so fantastic, I wish I could give her infinite stars! She cared for our son on an ongoing basis. During that time, she was a fantastic teacher to him - she ensured he did his work and activities and that they were all balanced with fun and a positive attitude. Specifically 1) even when he didn't want to do an activity, Mae was great about providing encouragement and breaking it down into small achievable steps 2) when he had a bad days, Mae was extremely effective at balancing between being caring/supportive yet providing structure 3) she made all activities fun and exciting while she kept them positive learning experiences, so our son always looked forward to spending time with her 4) Mae is extremely observant and understands kids in depth, so she had great tips for us to improve our son's experiences and understand him better 5) Mae is great about communicating with parents - she is succinct, kind and caring.
