I have years of experience in service and have held several positions that have required the use of a managerial framework. Every position I have held working with a family has been under the CEO or owner of a multimillion dollar company. I have worked for the founders of Ionic, Knowable, Sousa Ventures, Urban Green Investments, Healthworx, Slack and a chain of veterinary clinics in Southern California. I have also worked for the CEOs and owners of Chicago Sky Basketball, Axiom and QVC. Several of these positions were live-in and I have extensive experience working round the clock with ultra high net worth and high profile individuals and their families. Over time I have developed strong techniques to help me navigate problem solving, leading and interpersonal relationships.
