Hi, I'm Madison! I'm a compassionate childcare provider and birth & postpartum doula with 10+ years of experience supporting children and families from the newborn stage through school age. My background includes private nannying, newborn and infant care, birth and postpartum support, and working as a pre- k and kindergarten afterschool site supervisor. I also have experience supporting children with IEPs, allowing me to provide thoughtful, individualized care tailored to each child's needs. I specialize in creating nurturing, engaging environments where children feel safe and supported. I have experience with infant routines, feeding, sleep transitions, developmental milestones, play-based learning, and adapting care to meet each child's unique personality and needs.
