About Madhulika

We feel incredibly lucky to have had Madhulika care for our son from when he was 3 months old until almost 2 years old as part of a nanny share with another child. Our son has started preschool so we no longer need full-time nanny care, but we will truly miss having Madhulika as such an important part of our family. Madhulika has extensive experience caring for children and brings a deep understanding of child development and warmth to everything she does. Her greatest strengths are her patience, flexibility, and ability to truly listen and understand each child’s individual needs. She is incredibly attentive and responsive, always adapting to support our son’s development and routines. She also brings so much playfulness and joy into their days, talking, singing, playing music, and reading. We've appreciated her guidance and have learned a lot from her as first time parents as well. She did a wonderful job managing two young children while still making sure each child received individual attention and care. She kept them active with daily trips to the park and provided a safe, nurturing environment where they could explore, learn, and grow. She has always been extremely reliable - she was consistently on time, dependable, and proactive in communicating if anything came up. She would regularly send us photos and updates throughout the day, which gave us such peace of mind and allowed us to feel connected to what our son was doing while we were away. She was also willing to help outside of her normal schedule when we needed childcare for a date night or extra support. We are so grateful for the love, care, and dedication she has given our son over the past two years. Any family would be incredibly fortunate to have her.
