About Madelyn

Fostering the growth and development of children is my true passion. I am dedicated to making a positive, lasting impact on the families I support. Some background information about me - I am a college graduage from IU Indy with a BS in music therapy. Earning this degree required courses related to child and lifespan development as well as psychology. The core principles of my program were always to value the autonomy of the people I am supporting, build ethical relationships, and be compassionate. I am comfortable caring for up to two children across all age groups and am happy to assist with meal preparation, carpooling, and light housekeeping. I am friendly, approachable, and very comfortable settinf boundaries and following through with goals and plans. I prioritize clear communication by following your preferred method for daily updates. I look forward to the opportunity to bring my energy and care, and maybe music, into your home to help your children thrive.
