We hired Maddie a few weeks ago and in the 4 scheduled times she was supposed to show up, she bailed 2 of the times in the last minute. (Less than an hour of needing her here.) We then agreed to a pay schedule and she confirmed multiple times she was in agreement. 20 minutes after leaving on the first day she watched our child, she texted asking us to pay her early.
