About Maddie

I'd describe my personality as playful, outgoing and caring. I'm looking for a job that works with my current schedule as a PhD student. Currently, I am available as a babysitting in the evenings, and on weekends, early afternoon through the evening. I started working with kids when I was 13 years old. The kids I started babysitting were 2 and 4, and now the oldest is about to start college, and I am happy to say I still maintain a special relationship with them even though now they are now basically adults! In my spare time, I like to read, learn languages, practice yoga, explore nature and learn about animals and plants. One thing you should know about me is that I am a PhD student at the University of Arizona, originally from Michigan. I go back there during the summer months and for one month during December. My skills include experience with special needs children, my caring and positive attitude, and my ability to make meaningful connections with the kids I care for.
