Hi! My name is Maddie, and I'm 21 years old. I have 3. 5 years of childcare experience in both in-home and group settings. I currently work as the lead teacher in a2-year-old classroom, where I plan age-appropriate activities that encourage learning through play while creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment. While I've loved working in a classroom, I'm looking for an opportunity to provide more individualized care by working with a smaller group of children or as a nanny. I'm seeking a full-time position but am open to part-time opportunities and am comfortable caring for children ages 1 and up. Caring for others has always been my passion. My first job in high school was as a food server in a nursing home, where I discovered my love for helping people. I can’t recommend Maddie highly enough! She cared for our son, and she quickly became his favorite. Every morning he was excited to see her, and it was obvious how much he loved being in her care. Maddie has a natural gift with children. She is kind, patient, nurturing, and genuinely cares about each child she works with. She always made our son feel safe, loved, and included, and it gave us so much peace of mind knowing he was with someone who truly enjoyed spending time with him. She also did a wonderful job communicating with us about his day and celebrating his milestones and accomplishments. It was clear that she took the time to get to know him as an individual and supported his growth in such a positive way. As parents, there is nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is happy and excited to be in someone’s care each day. We are so grateful for the care, compassion, and dedication she showed our family. Any family would be incredibly lucky to have Maddie as their nanny. She is trustworthy, dependable, loving, and someone I would recommend without hesitation.
