I have 6+ years of experience supporting children and families through child welfare and community service. I've cared for children from newborns to teenagers, including supervising multiple children at once while creating safe, engaging environments. I also volunteer in children's and youth ministry, caring for and mentoring children of all ages. Families describe me as dependable, patient, and compassionate. I prioritize safety, communication, and consistency while helping with routines, homework, play, and meals.
