About mackenzie

Hi! My name is Mackenzie, and I am a 19-year-old student in North Kingstown with a passion for working with children. I have experience caring for children through a daycare setting and volunteering at a summer camp, where I helped supervise activities and create a safe, fun environment. I enjoy keeping children engaged through games, crafts, reading, outdoor activities, walks to the park. I am also happy to prepare meals and snacks, assist with light housekeeping, and help with daily routines. In addition to childcare, I am comfortable caring for pets. I have two dogs of my own and have volunteered at an animal shelter, giving me experience with feeding, walking, and caring for animals. I am caring, patient, dependable, and responsible. I have a flexible summer schedule and would love to help families throughout the summer and possibly beyond. I am available most weekdays and weekends after 4 p.m.
